We’ll clarify your goals, uncover needs, and make sure you’re in the best package for your business.
Sign Agreement
We use Anchor for digital proposals, payments, and engagement.
Access and Docs Collection
We’ll request QBO access, banks and credit cards access, collect tax returns, and any relevant files.
Kick-off Meeting/Email
You’ll meet your team, confirm scope, and get clarity on what happens next.
90-Day Check-in
We regroup to see how it’s going, adjust workflows, and make sure you’re set up for success.
Using Your Client Portal
We use Financial Cents to keep everything organized, secure, and easy to access.
What You Can Expect:
As part of the onboarding process, you will receive a notification from our work management platform with tasks for the items we will need from you to kick off the work.
You will receive an email request when we need items from you after the start date to access the portal.

Important: Add [email protected] to your email contacts to ensure portal notifications don’t go to spam.
In your portal you can:
- Upload documents
- Communicate securely with your team via text message
- Review financial reports
- Track tasks or open requests
